Matt was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly and simply explain the new rules regarding claiming working from home expenses, including the option that would be most beneficial for me. I was able to claim some training expenses once I found out some additional information. Matt was very organised and also familiarised himself with my return from last year into readiness for my appointment so it felt very personalised.
